DOBRO was a Czech band playing their own songs in the local scene. Dobro disbanded in 2023 and was soon replaced by Spring Souls.
Dobro (meaning Good) is one of the two Czech words which made it into the common English language as a name of a musical instrument mostly used in Country music. The other, more famous, Czech word is Karel Čapek´s Robot. We were looking for a positive band name – and what can be more positive than Good itself…
